4-storey 160 bed addition (100 private + 30 standard) to an existing 3-storey 130 bed LTC facility. Brick / EIFS exterior, concrete block bearing walls, precast concrete floor / roof slab with shingled mansard roof, cooling provided by rooftop AHUwith VAV boxes, HRV exhaust, heating by hot water radiation.
