1 storey, 32 bed (22 private + 5 standard) LTC addition with multi-purpose activity atrium.
Completed Project:
1 Sprucedale Care Centre (2004) $8.5 million
1 1/2-storey, 96 bed (private + standard) LTC facility with chapel and independently operated senior daycare tenant. Brick exterior, concrete block bearing walls, precast concrete floor slab and wood truss with shingle roofing, central heat/cool system with VAV boxes, HRV exhaust and radiant heating.
